Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful order placement.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing time may increase during festivals, high-demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and the assigned courier partner.
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 10 working days for most locations across India.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer due to limited courier availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applied as follows:

  • Orders below ₹500 will incur shipping charges
  • Orders ₹500 and above qualify for free delivery
  • Prepaid orders do not carry any additional charges
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include handling charges

Exact shipping and COD charges will be visible at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number via SMS.
You can use this link to track the real-time status of your shipment.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, repeated delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our facility.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

International Shipping

Currently, Vigoraahi Herbal delivers only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays Due to External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we will assist you to the best of our ability, Vigoraahi Herbal is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

Advance Payment Rules (COD Orders)

Vigoraahi Herbal currently offers 100 ml and 200 ml bottles only.
For high-value or bulk orders placed using COD, advance payment may be required to confirm the order.
This policy is implemented to prevent losses caused by fake or non-serious orders.

The advance amount:

  • Will be communicated to the customer before confirmation
  • Will be deducted from the total order value at the time of delivery
  • Applies only to selected COD orders exceeding certain limits

Delivery and Package Safety Guidelines

Customers are requested to follow these steps while accepting delivery:

  • Inspect the parcel carefully before accepting it
  • Do not accept the parcel if it is delivered in a damaged, unbranded, or suspicious package
  • Do not accept the package is damaged, or appears tampered
  • Inform us immediately if the parcel looks damaged or suspicious
  • Delivery details, invoice, and company information will be clearly mentioned on the package
