Non-Returnable Products

Return Process

If the courier partner is unable to pick up the product, the customer will be required to self-ship the product back to our warehouse.

Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Vigoraahi Herbal will bear the return shipping cost.
If courier pickup is not possible and the customer self-ships the product, shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved.
